Dr Kathryn Murray
Dr Kathryn Murray is passionate about creating opportunities to give children the best possible start in life. She is proud to be the founder of Future Strong Education Consultancy, based in Australia. She is the creator of the original Brain-SET Environments Formula®, an early childhood pedagogy grounded in research and over 40 years of personal experience in the education field. Kathryn is an international environment design expert, child development expert and award-winning early childhood education specialist. She is a highly sought-after Keynote speaker and workshop facilitator in the education and corporate sectors. She is a mentor, coach, author and adjunct university lecturer. She is an author writing on a range of topics including productive environments, teaching practices, parenting strategies and developing learning environments to support children who have experienced trauma. Kathryn works globally and is grateful to have had the opportunity to support children, educators, teams, leaders and parents to be all they can be.

Dr Sue Allingham
Sue started as a teacher, finally becoming a Senior Early Years Lead in a Primary School and Lead Teacher for her Local Authority. Moving into research Sue gained an MA then a Doctorate, both in Early Childhood Education, from Sheffield University. This led to becoming a Local Authority Early Years Adviser enabling her to develop her practice working with provision across the EYFS. As an Independent Consultant, Author and Trainer, Sue is known for her practical style of working through coaching, mentoring, modelling, training and working alongside teams to develop practice and provision.
Her interests in teaching and learning have led to work on emotional and physical environments that will support informed teaching and learning through an understanding of neuroscience and physical development
This work has recently led to her being trained and accredited in the Brain-SET approach. This approach is rooted in early brain development and has added a new dimension to her work. Sue has also achieved a Level 2 Award in an Introduction to Neuroscience in Early Years, and has been trained in Physical Literacy, and the use of the Leuven Scales
As a member of the Editorial Board of EYE (Early Years Educator) her writing is familiar to many and she has written two books that support practice across the Early Years and into Key Stage One – Transitions in the Early Years and Emotional Literacy in the Early Years. Isabella Carter
Bella Carter is a seasoned early childhood educator with over 30 years of experience specializing in holistic child development. Holding a Bachelor of Education Majoring in Early Childhood, Bella’s approach emphasizes understanding each child’s unique strengths and potential. She has worked across diverse educational settings including childcare centers, traditional schools, homeschooling, and kindergartens. Committed to a whole-child perspective, she interprets children’s behaviors as communication to foster optimal growth and learning across physical, cognitive, social, and emotional domai`ns. Bella also focuses on the input and science of “The Third Teacher” concept, highlighting its influence on brain development and well-being. Her passion for mentoring parents and educators and fostering optimal learning environments led her to collaborate with Dr. Kathryn Murray, expert in the Brain-SET Environment Formula. Together, they support educators and parents in creating calm, supportive spaces for optimal growth and learning. The outcome? Educators love their work, children thrive.
